Game top-ups by UID: how they work and how to get the ID and server right

How an ID top-up differs from a code, where players find their UID and Zone ID, and why checking before payment saves money.

A top-up by UID (player ID) is the easiest way for a buyer to get in-game currency: nothing to redeem, the currency just arrives. For the seller it means fewer questions and fewer refunds, provided the ID is right.

Where players find their ID

Why checking before payment matters

One typo in the ID and the currency goes to someone else, with almost no way back. That’s why, when you buy in the PacketUP HUB dashboard, the ID is checked before payment and the nickname is shown: if it’s the wrong player, you see it in advance.

Tip: ask buyers for a screenshot of their profile, or to copy the ID with the in-game button instead of retyping it.

Servers and regions

In some games accounts live on separate servers and a top-up goes to one. Some games have separate products per region, such as Mobile Legends GLOBAL and Mobile Legends RU. Ask the buyer where their account was created.

How fast the currency arrives

Usually within a minute or two after payment; each product card shows its delivery time. Through the API the result is easiest to get by webhook; see the API guide.

All games with ID top-ups are on the wholesale game top-ups page.
