Who can become a partner?
Anyone who resells digital goods: online stores, gaming services, Telegram bots and marketplace sellers. No company? Send the short private seller application; we work with such partners individually. We do not sell to retail customers.
Can I sell my own product through you?
Yes. If you have a product that isn't in our catalog, offer it in the supplier application. We'll agree on prices and the delivery format, add it to the catalog, and our other clients will be able to buy it.
What do I need to connect the autopilot?
A seller account on Playerok, Starvell or FunPay, listings for products from our catalog and a PacketUP HUB balance. Tick the autopilot in your application, and a manager will help you link listings to products and set up messages to buyers. Account access is stored encrypted, and you can turn the autopilot off at any time. Plati.Market, GGSEL and other marketplaces are in development: tell us where you sell and we'll let you know when it's ready.
How do I top up my balance?
Only in USDT on TRC-20. In the dashboard you create a 30-minute invoice with a unique amount; we use it to find your transfer and credit the company balance.
How fast is delivery?
Usually within a few seconds. If a supplier doesn't answer right away, the order goes to review: the money stays reserved while an operator resolves it.
What if an item can't be delivered?
Money for undelivered items is refunded to your balance automatically. If only part of an order is delivered, you get the delivered codes and a refund for the rest.
Can I work through the API only?
Yes. The owner or a developer creates an API key in the dashboard; orders, balance and webhooks are then available via API. API prices match the dashboard.
How do I give my team access?
The owner invites staff by email and picks a role: admin, buyer, accountant or developer. Everyone signs in with their own password and can turn on 2FA, and every action is in the audit log.
Do prices depend on volume?
Yes. Your seller level, from Base to Exclusive, depends on your top-ups over the last 30 days, and you can also take a level as a subscription. The higher the level, the lower the prices across the catalog.
